How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
To return an item for a refund or replacement:
1. Find the item in your My Account Login, then select Support Ticket from the menu and state Item / Sales Receipt # to return.
2. State the reason for the return. Depending on BES return preferences, we may put you in touch directly with tech support.
BES uses hassle-free returns and uses an email-generated shipping label, BES will provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. If a shipping label isn’t available for the item, we ask you to contact BES about alternative shipping arrangements.
3. Pack the item carefully. Include the sales receipt, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to ChipsXP. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It’s a good practice to reply with actual shipping date information when returning an item.
4. If an email-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Support Ticket history section of My Account Login. Find the returned item and click link for return details from the ticket.
5. BES refunds you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you’re requesting a replacement item and BES uses hassle-free returns, BES ships it to you within 5 business days of the date you request a return.
6. Include in your package the original Sales Receipt that’s packed in every item shipped. Please include all accessories that was shipped with the item or refunds will not be executed and will be delayed until accessories are received.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music,
software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for
return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, excluding manufacturer defect or damaged on arrival, and will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, excluding manufacturer defect or damaged on arrival.
Exact item exchanges may be accepted due to reasons such as accessories or there is a manufacturer defect. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for an exact model and specification replacement. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, and we will execute a return shipping after validation of manufacturer defect or DOA.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Amazon Payment, and Check/Money Order. If checks/orders are not received within 7 days, item will be relisted for sale.

A shipping tracking number wil be provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that most orders using 1st Class USPS mail will have a tracking number and will be updated on your order.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not
place your order if you decide not to.
