How To Return An Item

To return your item, it must be in its original unused condition as received from delivery including all accessories that were shipped with the item. You must return the item within our 30 days money-back hassle-free guarantee of the date received from delivery. If the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may issue only a partial refund. 

1. Please email a return request to service@big-easy-savings.com Contact BES to begin the return and refund process. Please include the Sales Receipt number and item’s serial number shown on the Sales Receipt enclosed in the item’s shipping box. We will assign you a RMA # and a trackable shipping label through your email reply back.

2. Mail your returned item to and as stated in the shipping label:

3. Include in your package the original Sales Receipt stating the reason for your return. Tape and secure the shipping box and place shipping label on the box with additional tape.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

All items are NOT subject to a 20% restocking fee and this is decided upon our inspection process after receiving the return item. If the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts, we may issue a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are initiated six days after the inspection process. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Warranty

Each product has a 60 Days Hardware Warranty for issues that may have been missed during final hardware and shipping inspections, such as peripheral interfaces, after receiving your item. Please use the Contact BES to initiate customer support.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
